The Importance of Restorative Sleep
The brain and the nervous system can heal with decent food, sleep and exercise. We know in concussion literature that you can stave off dementia with as little as six minutes three times a week of moderately vigorous access. So what I'm trying to do is shift the focus on the way you're presenting with so much energy - tachycardia, orthostasis. Let's not neglect the health of the parasympathetic system. It's two footed lever, not balance.
