Walking is the easiest thing to get started with, just into your day. Start eating a higher protein meal at the same time every single day. If you can't take one 30 minute walk, fine, what about light a couple of ten minute walks throughout the day? I guess things later on, if you decide to like, tracker nutrition or like actually start going to the gym, whatever it is, you're going to have more momentum having o, started doing those two things earlier in the day.
