I found that I have an easier time losing weight surprisingly when I work out in the evenings, which seems counterintuitive. So you don't want to eat before you work out. You're going to hit that reward center because you got the cheese sauce. It kind of feels like you're cheating on your diet a little bit but I've just found super simple.
