The Importance of Breathing in and Out

Helen: Your breathing is your compass to your true inner self and stillness. If you experience spinning thoughts or emotion that feels unbearable, you can always come back to your birth. A mountain represents stability, solidarity and firmness. As humans we need some stability in order to function well. So when you stand here on the mountain top, bring your attention to your breathing in and out. Feel the relaxation feel up whole of your body. You become more stable than you are. We are so much more than our emotions.
