Is There a Potential for a More Holistic Approach to Employees?

The blurring of the public in private could actually have a positive wrinkle to it, amidst all the suffering that's gone on. I think many people i've spoken with have anecdotes around how meetings on lime have become a lot or em personable and open to talking about emotional elements. And so i think we're taking a much more, there's a potential to take a much more holistic approach as to how we view employees and colleagues. That's, i think, a really good thing.
