Don't Do an Acquisition and Then Unpack It
The first thing you really want to dig into and do in the diligence, there are many things. It tre depends on the type of transactions. If it's an up market or down market tat makes a big difference wher do you want to teach me as a so that's going to eventually acquire new business products and lines for a company?
