The big objection he gets is we're all set. It depends who's saying it to right. Depends when it's being said. When you ask a question, it's a lot harder to be like all set. Odds are you don't there's so many things outside of your control happening on the other side of the phone. If somebody's really not interested, don't try to fight that fight.
