Bedros Coolian: I don't believe that I have any diagnosable mental health issues, although some people around me might say that I do. He says he does hear a voice in his head that sometimes wants him to quit and give up. Some of you might call it your bitch voice; others may call it your inner critic. It's just a devil speaking to you, trying to get you to quit, trying toget you to give up. Bedros is going to talk about the critic and the advocate within us.

In today's episode of the Bedros Keuilian Show, I go into why this voice, the inner critic, is plaguing a large number of men, leading to a lack of confidence and a crippling level of self-doubt and dissatisfaction. I struggled with my inner critic until my mid-30s and many of you might be wrestling with it now. For over a decade now I've learned how to muzzle my inner critic and turn up the volume on my inner advocate. And surprisingly it wasn't age that helped me overcome my inner critic, but I want to share certain strategies I implemented in my life with you in this episode.
