How to Improve the Brachio Radialis Leverage
The advanced lifter is someone who's finding it very difficult to make any progress at all. Instead of being a generic exercise, a general exercise that trains multiple muscle roots on multiple muscles and multiple regions, what we're trying to do there is create an exercise that is highly specific to a particular area of the muscle. Ultimately, we're just trying to find a way to max out one particular region by making the exercise very specific.
