The idea of EFT is to use it in the moment and learn those techniques specifically for calming ourselves down. And at first it was a little awkward. I mean, it was kind of bizarre looking technique. But as I got more comfortable with it, I would just start doing it in front of my kids. The fears that were on the other side of getting things done might even success and things that are positive. It's not familiar. So since it's not familiar to be able to be productive or to, you know, whatever it is that you're trying to achieve, all your brain ones is for you to stay safe or happy.
