What You Learn Not to Do From Your Previous Managers?

I saw that you were in the past, you kind of worked as a mentor as an SC mentor for a little bit. Now you're obviously an SC or rather a CEO and a founder. Were you always a leader? Did you find or is that something you kind of had to grow into? I think experience working with people. Like I've learned a lot like watching managers what not to do as well as what to do. And so I just try to emulate the things that attracted me towards those leaders. You know, honesty and transparency and just trying to be authentic.
