How to Lower Your Fasting Glucose Levels

Chris' waking fasting glucose is still where it was, still above 100. Part of that could be the dawn phenomenon. Large amounts of cortisol release in the morning help you wake up. I've also incorporated some resistance starch into my diet as well. And so the three of those things combined seem to be bringing my post-prandials down lower.
