I think it's human nature and I'm not immune to it you know to be drawn to the fancy shiny technique like this this hack this strategy. We tend to look past the obvious so um yeah that's perfect but we have to remember that people people used to be lean and healthy before any of this stuff existed. Have these things be useful yes but they're obviously not required right mm-hmmYeah I've got a couple things I find interesting about that one is like I sort of find it as like the shiny object stuff I use that as an incentive  to think about let me master the basics first and once I master the basics that's my license to start getting distracted by
