Start with sleep How are you sleeping? Are you getting eight to nine hours a night blah blah blah then you get to diet. You predominantly start with how much sugar how much grains And like if you if you solve those two things Then that solves not only does it doesn't solve all your weight problems automatically But it it solves a lot of them and it gives you the foundation To build everything else on. Um And and and I've done that started to do that a little bit um more but uh Yeah, I don't know that I mean.
