i delay my coffee for about 90 and ideally a hundred and 20 minutes after i wake up. It's important, in many ways, to delay kaffine enough so that you can clear out some of the chemical signals in the brain and body which lead to fatigue. The longer you're waking, the more a molecule called adenisene builds up in your system. And when you sleep, you push that adenisenes level back down. Give it time because people hate this one - but i'm a pretty serious kafine atic, and i'll tell you why.
