Do You Believe It's Really Important for You to Train Employees to Retain?
There are some market indicators out there in conditions that would imply that people are struggling to get this job done, right? Their retention numbers are down. There's a great resignation. So now you have to go to HR executives and you have to say, do you believe that it's important to train employees and then that will result in retention? This is kind of that level of abstraction question. Do you call the job retain employees or do you call theJob train employees to retain them? And so this becomes like a really interesting market definition in B2B.
