How to Approach SMBs Effectively

There are a lot of different ways to go to market. One thing that we think about a lot with SMB is just making sure you're actually touching enough people. Shopify does a great job where it's very self serve right so anyone could open a Shopify store. And then they're really just touching you, not getting actually kind of one on one calls or you're not getting demos. Once you have self select through the funnel and you know, running your store kind of hitting certain volumes, then you have different options in terms of different levels of support. We see some good mix of both of these things depends on the product you're building depending on what you're exactly optimizing
