The Importance of a Stronger Mind in Running

I like shoes without heel cups, just so that there's nothing that's rubbing against my heel. So I normally wear one of those on the long run just because it's also it makes me feel a little bit faster. And for me in a long run, you know, sometimes we're trying to do some work in there as well. It's not quite a ratio, but it's also not like a full on heavy training shoe.
