How Does Cardiovascular Fitness Work for Bodybuilding?

The number one determining factor other than just being around and training for realistic work capacity is how fat you are. If you're a 200 pounds over fat, you're going to have to do some cool shit to get your GPP up enough to be able to hang with sets of five. The best people in the world are cardio or let's call them marathon runners. That much cardio is really catabolic to muscle tissue and it actually alters their muscle tissue into more slow twitch type. They're just really good at repeat effort. In order to chase that dragon of good cardio, you don't want to become so shaded everything else but fast.
