The Importance of a Sleep Schedule

I was at that time in my life naturally a night owl and so many of not so many, but some of my friends were as well. And over time, I had to force myself to become more of a morning person and like a regular hour person. So it was like this dichotomy for me, whereas you have always been a morning person I feel. But the sleep schedule is the one thing you can hold yourself to through still the whole all the hours in the day to do whatever. At least you now know I go to bed at this time and get up at this time - which makes a big difference.
