When i used to be obese, i would blame and shame. Distraction is anything that takes you away from traction. Action is any action that pulls you towards what you say you are going to do. The other type of person is what we call the shamer. I think this was a big revelation to me in my own life. Many people feel like if they feel an urge to get distracted, that somehow they are defective,. If they feel a craving, if they have a sultry thought, that somehow something's wrong with them.
