Designers should be aware that they are designers, and we have to keep our end users in mind. So about me, or at salesfors, i'm working on a commerce platform which is used mostly on the btob scenarios. And i really don't work on the sale side of things, but i work on the commerce side of things here. It's a delicate dance between what we understand about the domain, but what we want for our uses to experience.
