I want my money to go to the artist as directly as possible. But because of the structure of the industry that relationship has all but disintegrated. Spotify is one of the only major music streaming platforms not owned by a big tech company and people want them to do Disentangle their revenues and their costs in a way that could sink the business which already doesn't make money. It feels like we're on the precipice of a failed marketplace so That set of conditions is one in which it feels Like what needs to happen is Subscription prices probably need to go up. There has to be massive cost cutting there has to be user growth and diversification of a business, I don't think
