Do You Have a Dopler?

When you're at forty % exclusive pressure, what would be the kind of maximum period of time you would let a subject stay under that pressure? If it's low intensity or robic exercise, you can probably keep it on for 30 or 40 minutes. With resistance training, i don't think that you shald leave it on continuously for probly more than a few exercises. So we've had some success with that. We are able to get people to, on average rate, around forty%. But the the individual level is anywhere between 20 and 60 % of a o p. It's not terrible, but it's not very good yet.
