Anxiety is when your brain thinks about all the possibilities. It's not a catastrophic way of thinking where someone who tends to worry is thinking about catastrophic possibilities. Bad things happen to good people, and part of living well is just figuring out how to tolerate that you can be a good person doing good in the world and still have terrible things happen.
