How to Calculate the Dose of Lightness Therapy
The MME for a bag of heroin, fentanyl is going to be different in every community. It's nearly impossible to meet the MME when people are using bags of fentanyl. So we're starting with either methadone or oxycodone extended release medication and then mixing it with the short acting. We move on to PCA pumps too. These short frequent doses can get you a lot bigger doses of opioid and get more relief.
