The Culture at Amberlap
The team at amberlap is very close, and they work well together. They want to keep the decisions open and free in terms of ideation em on the game. I think everyone feels pretty safe sort of give their opinions and sort of like give their their feet and come up with ideas. Even just growing from four or five to 15, you had to adjust,. You know, not as making the best decisions all the time but, trying to stay true to what we enjoyed about working together.
