The Benefits and Effects of Training Frequency

I think frequency is largely a volume allocation tool. There are little hints of different things though. I think there's one meta-analysis which found like for bench press, higher frequencies might have an independent positive effect. And there's also some studies which depending on how you look at volume suggest that maybe it can allow a little more. But the costs related to being more resilient and adaptable as you go, okay, maybe I need to do less but it's not scary. When it's outside of your control that stuff is scary and it does harm decision making of quite a lot.
