Connect to Me Can Sound Like a Trap

Josh: I like planning lots if I'm trying to do a good coaching conversation, because then I can kind of look at my notes and think where how I want to take the conversation. There is one thing I was wondering in relation to this bit and this like tell me about, right? If you are working with a teacher who expects to hear something expects this to be a negative experience, right? Hopefully, we never have to do that because people volunteer and everyone's keen.
