The Cost of a Busted Deal
Some deals I'm going to offer are 10 million more than everybody else in the next cluster's offering, and then they try and just retrade it during the detailed due diligence process. And that happens enough where you see things like that. So if we miss something, we want to hang around the hoop in case it comes back to us. It doesn't really, so we should talk about that, spend the money part, but it doesn't happen, but it can if you get guys who really retrade.
