There's a whole number of subsets of aphasia syndromes. Kevin, would you mind telling us about the superior MCA versus the inferior MCA divisions? Most aphasias are going to be mixed. They're both expressive and receptive components. So it may not help you localize to frontal versus parietal as well as you might expect.
