How to Use Affirmations in Daily Life

meditation will gradually wear away even the strongest, most difficult, anger, hatred and ill will. When you're used to doing that on a regular, ongoing basis in your daily life, you can use those affirmations in certain situations. It's kind of like sending fond thoughts in the direction of others. You don't ever have to use buddhism when you enter act with people. The beauty of the buddhist teachings is that you don't have to ever use the bee word. So i didn't have to say, well, the buddha taught these five words or all these other things. I was just able to use the same language that he did at the time.
