The other way to think about it today is that capital flows are better measured more analyzed. If the high carry currency is also outperforming equity market it gets a check mark and you wrong it. But if it's not confirmed by the equity market you just don't do it. So I think you could run those kind of portfolios today. You have to be more careful than I think in the 19 late 80s but it's totally within reason to be running them number one. Number two I think it comes back to learning. Too many people do not spend enough time to learn about the markets and to explore the market.
