The Recovery Runs, Recovery Cross Training
quality training is the recovery runs where it's very low i think you said, low perceived effort. That could be as simple as going for a walk with your snow shoes right ata hundred and 20 beats per minute with a heart rake strap on. I really like that as a component of an overall quality training plan. Work with your coach or an adviser to have these days in your programme following your absolute hardest or your absolute longest sessions.
