In 2009, Stanford University researchers gave two different milkshakes to the same cohort of people. They measured their hunger levels and satiety levels after two hours. After having a big milkshake like that, that's like 900 calories, let's say, it's a tidy level is going to go right down. Make satiation is a little... Yeah, satiation. Exactly. So there are certain hormones that are released after having these milkshakes or food which goes up and down. And so the numbers don't lie. It's pretty much the science of belief. Like, it's kind of almost better.
