The Importance of Sharing Conceptual Understanding

I think a lot of coaches use the word detail without understanding what they mean by it and often something that, that isn't that useful. I do agree that if you can't see these things, then we're just teaching people stuff that they can regurgitate. But there's no point getting into that until we're at some sort of shared conceptual understanding. We start talking past each other because we haven't got shared in view of what we're even trying to talk about. And now you say it's act, this was between tell me versus show me versus tell me. That might well be the case.
