What's Happening With Insufficient Sleep?
The book took four yearsa, in part because it was, i'm not just an author, i'm a profess sir. I'd have a sleep centre and have to teach. But it was also, i wanted to invest that time to create the richest tapestry of a sleep book that i could possibly wish for. It finishes with a vision of 20 first century sleep prscript. You know, if this is the problem, this is where we've come how sleepers evolve,. Where do we go from here? What do we do? Ecause i don't think anyone likes someone who just speaks problems and then doesn't at least offer a solution.
