Do You Have a Progression in Your Training?

I started with fluid up to about 60 grams and I actually got up to 90 grams in fluids as well. The only issue I found with a fructose was it was very sweet yeah that added a sweetness which when you're putting 30 grams on top of the 60 grams of the dextrose that's not sure if I could have stomach that for a longer period than maybe five or six hoursYeah, there's going to be a bit of discomfort there along the way but that's all part of the process i suppose.
