The Benefits of Forefoot Binding
I was in that stage at one point where I had seen people post about you know forefoot bounding or whatever and I remember trying it. Because of bound is a greater contact time that the time has to go somewhere. If something takes more time on the ground then some joints have to deform more as a function of that even if even with a forefoot a forefoot plan would be interesting to look at.
