So one of the things i've learned from cooking videos on line like yours, is the use of cosher salt to season food. But recently, i was shopping at this little grocery store where i just moved to in brooklyn, and the only big kind of salt they had was this giant grilling salt. And so since then, i've found that actually it's too big, and i can't season my food homogeneously when i want to.
