The first one to think about is what will just call skill. From there, wer ging to get into speed. The next one is power. Once you get past strength, and the next one, kind of down the list is hypertrophy. Those are the different things you can target. And again, some of those crossd over, and some are actually a little bit contrary in to the other ones. So as is an over all start, that's really what we're looking at.
