It's just interesting that they're running a TV commercial that says almost nothing about the car, but is entirely about the service after the sale. So there's that whole the technical term for all this is waiting. How much weight do we put on product, how much weight you put on service? Does the bonus drive the sale, etc. All of those risk reversal issues.
