How to Use Fasting to Lose Weight and Improve Body Composition

There's some pretty cool new compelling research looking at like a Mediterranean diet combined with fasting. I try to get less fat from saturated fat more fat from like mono and saturated, occasional polyunsaturated from the right sources. Olive oil has got so many tremendous benefits when it comes down to insulin sensitivity and whatnot. The things that I think you should avoid, I don't think you should ever break a fast with high amounts of carbohydrates. You know, just opt for protein and then go from there.
