Creatine and Muscle Strength

There's evidence to show that creatine can be preventative of muscle injuries. And then the other thing too is there's a couple studies looking at immobilization. So if somebody again gets gets an injury and can't train, then or has to immobilize the limb, then creatine could be a benefit in that particular situation.
