Solo IFS - Is There a Self Like Part?

If we are journaling if we're doing the hash mark writing and nothing's coming. That can be a big sign. Okay, maybe there's a self like part that I'm blended with right now. And it's kind of obvious because you can see on the page. It's not getting filled. This is what I experienced years ago when I would get stuck and then, you know, it bring in the frustration and so on. So that's something that we can always check if we feel blocked. The third stuff my part is similar to the one before it's the good student. Yeah. Beautiful.
