The Jefferson Curl Is a Movement of the Spine

The jefferson curl is meant to be a movement of the spine. As long as the load is kept low, i don't think there's anything wrong with it pray. The more load you are lifting, the less we want to move the spine for most people. It would not be a good idea for a power lifter to do jefferson girls because their adaptation that they're trying to create on the spectrum of movement is stiffness, lots o load.
