What's Next for the Wine Industry in 2022?
I started the year off as the wine director at One White Street as the sole buyer. And so this year feels like several years, I have to say. People were definitely ready to spend money on wine and really enjoy themselves again. You see restaurants that are understaffed all the time,. But I think it's an exciting time because you saw a lot of shift from the previous generation of wine directors and buyers.
