Pitching a Lot and Losing a Sale

Pitching a lot and losing is sort of like signing up with a dating app wearing just a mullet and a pullover or something. The harder you try, the needier you look and the less anybody wants to date you. What you're talking about is almost the ridiculous side, but for time. And it's terrifying because in your gut, you're intentionally schizophrenic here. Part of your body is screaming, we need this work. And the other part of you is saying, well, shit, I'm just going to draw a line in the sand because this is the right thing to do.
