The Difference Between Group One and Group Two Emeritus

Most of the time you need strong evidence that something causes cancer in humans. Less often a substance can be classified in group one. Group two A is the dumping ground for any substance where there's any evidence that it's carcinogenic in any circumstances. And finally, if there is strong evidence purely from mechanistic data, but there's no evidence at all in any living things, something could still be put into group two B.
