Are You a Producer of Information in the Public Space?

I was thinking mostly about what we could do about the fringes, the most extreme forms of speech that end up in physical harm. And it's not going to solve everything, but one analogy that I built from is we don't allow you to be anonymous when you drive a car. If you want to take a particular role and specifically if you want to be a producer of information in the public space, you can only do that if you are personally identified. So less privacy in a public square. It's sharing and it's producing. You don't get to be private.
